Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026. Routezilla Software Corporation respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, shared and protected when you use Routezilla websites, applications, booking experiences and related services.
Scope and roles
This Privacy Policy applies to Routezilla websites, applications, booking experiences, APIs, integrations and related services. Routezilla customers are Subscribers; their customers are Customers; authorized team members are staff; together with other visitors and registered users they are Users. Depending on the service, Routezilla may process information as a business/controller for its own account and service operations, or as a service provider/processor on behalf of a Subscriber.
How we use information
We use information to provide and administer Routezilla; schedule and route appointments; authenticate accounts; process subscriptions and billing; resolve service and billing issues; provide support; communicate service, product and administrative updates; customize and improve the service; measure usage and performance; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; enforce agreements; comply with law; and, where permitted, provide marketing communications that can be unsubscribed from.
Information we collect
Information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, business and staff information, service territories, service addresses, appointment and booking details, calendar availability, customer-provided notes, subscription and transaction information, support communications, integration data, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referring and destination URLs, log data, and product usage. Payment-card details may be collected and processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe rather than stored directly by Routezilla.
Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Routezilla and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand product and website usage, measure campaigns, improve security and performance, and support relevant marketing where permitted. Browser and device controls may allow Users to limit cookies, although some service functions may be affected.
How information is disclosed
Routezilla does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed to authorized staff and Subscribers; hosting, cloud, analytics, communications, support, payment, mapping, calendar, CRM and other service providers; integration partners at the User’s direction; affiliates and successors; professional advisers; and government or legal authorities when required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users or the public. Routezilla may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
Subscriber responsibility for other people’s information
Subscribers may enter or connect information about Customers, staff and other individuals. Subscribers are responsible for having the notices, permissions, lawful authority and consents required to collect, use, disclose and instruct Routezilla to process that information, including information passed through connected calendars, websites, AI systems, Google Business Profile, APIs and other integrations.
International and cross-border processing
Routezilla serves organizations internationally. Information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States and other countries where Routezilla or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws different from the User’s home jurisdiction, and lawful authorities may have access to information as permitted by local law.
Security
Routezilla uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls and security practices for systems and service providers. No Internet transmission, hosting platform or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
Retention and account deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, protect security and preserve legitimate records associated with connected businesses and transactions. Closing an account removes or disables information from active use where appropriate, but some records may remain in backups, audit logs, accounting records, connected Subscriber records or other archives when retention is necessary or legally permitted. Routezilla will evaluate deletion requests under applicable law and the role Routezilla plays for the relevant data.
Access, correction and privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Customers whose information is controlled by a Routezilla Subscriber should generally direct requests to that Subscriber. Routezilla may need to verify identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.
Third-party services and integrations
Routezilla can connect with third-party websites, calendars, payment providers, mapping services, CRM systems, automation platforms, AI systems and other applications. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Users should review those policies before enabling integrations or providing information to third parties.
Children
Routezilla business services are not directed to children and are intended for use by adults and organizations. Routezilla does not knowingly solicit personal information from children for independent consumer accounts.
Changes to this policy
Routezilla may update this Privacy Policy as products, technologies, laws and business practices evolve. Material changes may be communicated through the service, website or account contact information where appropriate. The current version published on this page governs from its stated effective date.
